I am learning to use the pictures to help me to read the words in my book. When I look at a new page, I look at the pictures first. Next, I look at the words and I try to read them. The pictures help me to read the words that I don't already know.
"I like to read a book to Mrs Kerr. I am reading my book and I am pointing at the words."
